Brier Creek is known for some of the best greens in Raleigh. It’s a great walking course, with only a few hills. There are no real blind shots; everything’s in front of you. There are a few shots that are pretty tight with houses. And the finishing hole has an island-like green.
There are several sets of tees for all different types of golfers, and there are lessons available from head pro Mark Johnson (a Certified Class A PGA Professional), and assistant pros Adam Walker, Jay Patterson and Cameron Sawyer.
